About Us
Dixon Environmental Services (Dixon ES) was founded by Brian A. Dixon in July of 2017. Mr. Dixon is an environmental professional as defined by ASTM E 1527-13 and has over 15 years of professional experience. This experience ranges from ecological sustainability research, to assessment, investigation and remediation of impacted properties. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography from the University of California Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Washington. Mr. Dixon also holds a Real Estate Specialization from the Runstad School of Real Estate. This diversity in education gives him a unique perspective on the drivers associated with real property transactions and allows him to better understand the needs of his commercial real estate clientele.

PHASE i eNVIRONMENTAL sITE aSSESSMENTS
Dixon ES offers ASTM E1527-13 compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at competitive pricing. The purpose of a Phase I ESA is to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) associated with current or former land use practices that may have affected the environmental quality of a property.
pHASE ii eNVIRONMENTAL sITE aSSESSMENTS
Dixon ES performs Phase II ESAs to evaluate possible environmental impacts associated with REC(s) identified in the Phase I ESA. This phase of work is most commonly focused on identifying the presence or absence of contamination in soil, groundwater, and/or indoor air, however, each Phase II ESA scope of work is developed based on site specific conditions.
rEgulatory Reporting and Remedial Design
Dixon ES is well versed in the Remedial Investigation (RI) and Feasibility Study (FS) process, which is intended to characterize the full nature and extent of an environmental release and evaluate appropriate remedial alternatives.
Environmental and Land Use Permitting
Dixon ES is familiar with local and county permitting requirements across the State of Washington. This knowledge and dedication to quality submittals, is crucial to timely permit issuance and subsequent project completion.
Stormwater COmpliance
Dixon ES provides stormwater compliance services in accordance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, primarily with industrial and construction industry clients.
Underground Storage Tank Assessments
Dixon ES provides Underground Storage Tank (UST) Site Assessment services and management of the tank decommissioning process, including all applicable permitting, regulatory notifications, soil sampling, and reporting.
